Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your item. However, if you are not completely satisfied, don’t hesitate to contact us. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words in which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Policy:
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
- We (referred to as either “The Company,” "We," "Us," or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Ounizz.com, owned and managed by Spectrum Atelier Inc., located at 1320 16th Ave SW Calgary Suite 514 AB, T3C 3S6, Canada.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to the site accessible from https://ounizz.com.
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
RETURNS
All return requests must be submitted by email to contact@ounizz.com within five (5) days from the date of delivery. No exceptions will be made to this policy.
Once your return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within fifteen (15) days from the delivery date. Please note the following conditions for all returns:
- You may use any shipping company of your choice.
- The item must be packed securely in the same way it was received and well taped to prevent damage during transportation. The item remains your responsibility during the return journey, just as it was our responsibility when we shipped it. (All our shipments are insured for loss & damage.)
- All returns are inspected under surveillance cameras. If any damage is found, no refund will be issued. CCTV footage will be provided if needed.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- The return shipping must be door-to-door, meaning that all import taxes in Morocco must be covered by you. Any returns stuck in Moroccan customs will not be considered returned.
- Refunds are processed within two (2) business days after receiving and inspecting the item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your credit card provider.
- This policy applies only to orders placed on or after March 22, 2025, as it was updated on March 21, 2025. Orders placed before this date are subject to the previous no-return policy.
Please note: A restocking fee of $150 USD will be deducted from the refund amount. No full refunds will be issued.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within two (2) business days after receiving and inspecting the item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your credit card provider.
- If you refuse to accept the package or are unavailable for delivery after multiple attempts, no refund will be issued. The shipping company will make several delivery attempts, contact you by phone and email throughout the week, and we will also reach out to you. If you do not respond or refuse the package, even if it is returned to us, no refund will be provided.
- A restocking fee of $150 USD will be deducted from the refund amount. No full refunds will be issued.
HANDMADE & VINTAGE ITEMS
Many of the items we sell are handmade, and some are vintage, meaning they may have natural imperfections due to their age or the way they were crafted. Every item is carefully selected for our shop, and we ensure transparency in our listings. If any specific details need to be highlighted, they will be mentioned in the product description. We also provide honest images to give you a clear representation of the item.
REPEATED RETURN REQUESTS
We reserve the right to impose charges to cover delivery expenses if we notice a pattern of repeated returns. We also reserve the right to make certain products ineligible for return or exchange if we observe a history of excessive returns. If a return is rejected due to failure to meet the conditions outlined above, the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.
CANCELLATIONS
- Cancellations by You: You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that it has not yet been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible, and the standard return process must be followed.

Cancellations by Us: We reserve the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, such as:
- Limitations on stock availability.
- Pricing or listing errors.
- Suspicious transactions or security concerns.
- Additional verification required from the customer.
If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

DISCLAIMER: THE COMPANY HAS A DEDICATED TEAM THAT WILL CHECK THE RETURN CLAIMS AND THEIR DECISION ON YOUR REQUEST WILL BE FINAL TO ACCEPT OR REJECT. WE MAY REJECT THE RETURN REQUEST IF FOUND THE PRODUCT TO BE USED OR TAMPERED WITH. IF A RETURN REQUEST IS REJECTED, NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND WILL BE ISSUED TO THE CUSTOMER.
