Delivery
When will I get my order?
The processing time for each product category is as follows:

Moroccan Rugs / Poufs / Cushions: Shipped within 1-3 business days (usually within 1 business day).

Blankets: Shipped within 5-7 business days.

Bathroom Sinks: Shipped within 10-15 business days.
Some exceptions may cause delays. If this happens, we will notify you via email with an estimated shipping date.
Do you offer FREE SHIPPING?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders.

All shipments are door-to-door.

If you are in a remote area, delivery may be delayed, even with Express Shipping, as DHL may need to forward your package to a third-party agent.

We are a home decor company, not a shipping company. The shipping times stated are estimates, not guarantees.

If you pay extra for DHL Express, we will use it, but we do not guarantee their timelines.

In some cases, we may upgrade you to Express Shipping at our discretion. You will be notified via email.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
No, Starting March 22, 2025, we are covering import taxes for all customers in the UK, Europe, Canada and Australia, regardless of whether you choose free or paid shipping.
Customers in other countries may be required to pay import taxes, depending on their country's regulations. We are not responsible for these charges.
If you refuse to pay import taxes and your item is held in customs, no refund will be issued.
What Happens If My Order Is Delayed?
If delivery is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated estimated delivery date.
I entered the wrong address. Can I change it?

If your order has already shipped, we cannot make changes.

No refund will be issued for orders sent to an incorrect address.
My order should be here by now, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

Check with your neighbors in case the courier left it with them.

If you find a mistake in your delivery address, we can reship your order at your expense.
How do I track my order?

I received a wrong/damaged product. What should I do?
We apologize if your product arrives damaged. Please email contact@ounizz.com within 5 days with:

International Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees

Shipping Cost: This covers the shipping method you select at checkout. It does not include additional charges like duties and taxes.

Duties & Taxes: These are applied by your country's customs department. While we cover import taxes for the UK, Europe, Australia and Canada, other customers may need to pay these fees.

If your package is refused or returned to us due to unpaid customs charges, all related fees will be charged to you.
