I absolutely love my Moroccan handmade Carpet which arrived a few days ago. The whole process of purchasing this Carpet was very smooth from start to finish. After placing my order, I received a WhatsApp message from Sonia to check on some details to ensure delivery. Being able to communicate this way, resulted in my also receiving a complementary doormat to compensate for my not receiving a 10% discount as I was a first time Customer.
